E-clips (for Large Pin)

These are additional E-clips should you lose the ones that came with your Large Pin QD swivel.

You get 2 of the heavy duty thick E-clips and 2 of the thin E-clips.

When you buy the Large QD pin I already include two of each of these but as we all know accidents happen and I think most of us know the saying that 1 is none and 2 is one. Because of that on my SP5 I do keep an extra E-clip taped inside of my grip (I also have an extra extractor spring taped in there). That way I always have a plan B no matter if it’s a normal day at the range, shooting competition or worst-case event.

A customer also reached out asking about a replacement interval for the E-clips. I am all for proactive replacement/ maintenance and we all have things we worry about. As a data point I have been using the same E-clip for two years on my gun (I am also impressed I have not lost it yet haha). I clean my gun regularly and have had the E-clip on and off a lot. A conservative guess would be ~48 removals and installs but I think a more honest guess would be ~100 (one day making a video I know I had it on and off ~10 times in 2 hours). You need to do what you feel is right but I wanted to share my experience with you.
